Alot of people don't understand what the importance of Domain Names are!
Well... why are they important? For one reason only... Domain names are the gateway to the internet universe! A cool Domain Name is what makes a website really cool! Like today in forbes... there was an auction they were discussing about Domain names! There was an auction recently, this particular domain name started the bid with just $300,000. Think about that, $300,000. And it shot up to $1.8 million! Imagine... making that kind of money for just owning a Domain name! Do you know what domain was for sale? Senior.com Can you believe that?
Now you know why a domain name is so important. Some one else might actually want your name. Especially if you have one that describes your site the most! It makes complete sense... doesn't it? Well I'll talk more about Domain names Later on! A brief history and all that!
